All spiders are covered by our 100% Live Arrival Guarantee when shipped overnight.

We guarantee your order will arrive alive — even in cases of:

• Carrier delays
   
• Carrier damage
   
• Lost or missing packages
   

If a spider arrives deceased (DOA):

1. Contact us the same day via email or text.
    
2. Provide clear photo evidence.
    
3. We may request return of the specimen (buyer pays return shipping).
    

If approved, you may choose:

• Refund of purchase price
   
• Store credit
   
• Replacement of the same spider
   

Replacement shipments ship free. We assume all shipping risk.

• Gated communities must use FedEx hub pickup.
   
• Delivery changes made by the recipient may void the guarantee.
   
• Freebie items are not eligible for free replacement shipping.

• $50 order minimum (orders under $50 incur $10 box fee)
   
• Flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout
   
• We ship Monday–Wednesday only
   
• FedEx Priority Overnight service is used (not same-day shipping)
   

We contact buyers within 12 hours to arrange a safe shipping date based on weather.

Residential Delivery

• Lows must be 32°F or higher
   
• Highs must not exceed 85°F
   

FedEx Hub Pickup

• Lows as low as 25°F
   
• Highs up to 100°F
   

Carrier delays occasionally occur (~5%), but our Live Arrival Guarantee still applies.
